卵巢储备功能减退（DOR）是妇科疑难杂症之一，中医对该病的治疗有着独特优势。蔡圣朝教授根据多年临床实践，认为卵巢储备功能减退（DOR）的病位主要在肾，其基本病机为肾虚血瘀，治疗时以补肾为主，辅以化瘀，灵活用药；并提出针灸“分期论治”的特色疗法，根据女性月经周期气血阴阳变化的特点，辨期取穴，临床成效显著。现整理了蔡老治疗卵巢储备功能减退的经验，为今后临床治疗该病提供参考。
Hypoovarian reserve function (DOR) is one of the difficult and complicated gynecological diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of this disease. According to clinical practice for many years, Professor CAI Shengchao believes that the disease location of hypoovarian reserve function (DOR) is mainly in the kidney, and its basic pathogenesis is kidney deficiency and blood stasis. The treatment should mainly be kidney tonifying, supplemented by blood stasis and flexible drug use. And put forward the characteristic therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion "treatment by stages", according to the characteristics of the changes of qi, blood and Yin and Yang of female menstrual cycle, distinguish the stage and select the points, the clinical effect is remarkable. This paper summarized the experience of CAI Lao in the treatment of hypoovarian reserve function, and provided reference for the future clinical treatment of this disease.
